We have 200 QC personnel with three years' experience conducting stringent quality checks to make sure our items are detect-free and maintain a return rate lower than 0.5 percent. Moreover, our R&D department consists of 90 engineers with five years' experience. We also have our own molding department manned by 120 staff, allowing us to create new molds swiftly.
